1. Civil Rights Department:
Status update on Council Member Gordon's March 28, 2014, staff directive for the following:
a) Consult with AFSCME representative to consider reinstatement or creation of a new labor management committee in the Civil Rights Department; and
b) Work with the Mayor's office and Civil Rights Director, and if deemed appropriate, hire outside management consulting services for the purpose of evaluating and improving management practices in the Civil Rights Department related to employee satisfaction and maintenance of a healthy workplace environment.

Adjourn to Room 315, City Hall, for a closed session of the Executive Committee for the purpose of discussing the following:

Tentative agreement with the Minneapolis Foremen’s Association.
