1. Appointment of Charter Department Heads and Civil Service Commissioners

      a) Nomination of Janee Harteau as Minneapolis Chief of Police.
         Presenter:  Mayor RT Rybak
         Requested Action: Approve nomination and refer to Public Safety, Civil Rights & Health Committee to hold a public hearing.

2. Management Policies and Administrative Procedures

     a) Anti-Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Policy
         Presenter:  Chuck Bernardy (Refer to Ways & Means/Budget).
         Requested Actions:
         1) Rescind current Respect in the Workplace Policy and replace with approved Anti-Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Policy;
         2) Receive and File procedures that support the policy; and 
         3) Direct the Human Resources Department to place the policy and procedures in the Policy Library.
