1.   Designating Boundaries of Election Precincts:
      Adopt a resolution approving a precinct plan for the City of Minneapolis, and establishing the boundaries of election precincts within the several wards.

2.   Designation of City Wards:
     Receive and file the ward boundary plan as adopted by the Minneapolis Charter Commission.
