1.      Performance Measurement System:
Adopt Resolution declaring the City of Minneapolis’ commitment to:
a)    Using and reporting out to the public the 10 city performance measures created by the State of Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation;
b)    Continued usage of a performance measurement system; and
c)    Continued surveying of our residents on key services as defined by the State of Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation.

2.   2014 Polling Place Amendment:
a) Adopt Resolution amending Resolution 2014R-183 that previously approved a list of polling places for the 2014 Gubernatorial Election, Ward 2, Precinct 5, from Pratt Community School (66 Malcolm Ave SE) to Prospect Park United Methodist Church (22 Orlin Ave SE).
b) Direct the City Clerk to provide notice to all households within Ward 2, Precinct 5, having at least one registered voter of the change in the designated polling place.

3.   2014 E-Poll Book Project:
Receive and File report regarding participation in a second pilot project, testing the use of electronic poll books (e-poll books) in up to five precincts for the 2014 Gubernatorial General Election.
