2.  Youth Coordinating Board:
     Approve renewal of Joint Powers Agreement among the City of Minneapolis, Minneapolis Special School District 1, the Park and Recreation Board of the City of Minneapolis, and Hennepin County to be effective January 1, 2014 until December 31, 2018.

3.  2014 Calendar for City Council and Standing Committees:
     a) Approve 2014 Calendar.
     b) Direct the City Clerk to post the 2014 Calendar as notice of regular meetings.
     c) Authorize the City Clerk to incorporate updates, corrections, and changes to the 2014 Calendar, as necessary, to accommodate the City Council and its Standing Committees.
     Expedited Action Requested.

5.  Filing Fees for Municipal Office:
     Charter Commission's transmittal recommending an amendment to the Minneapolis City Charter, for passage by Ordinance, relating to the filing fees for municipal elections.
