 2.  Federal/State/Local Update:
      a) Receive and file update.
Action Taken:  Received & Filed Reports.

      b) Refer Special Laws relating to Sake Off-Sale and Intoxicating Malt Liquor to Regulatory, Energy & Environment Committee for local approval .
Action Taken:  Referred to RE&E Committee.

 3.  2014 State Bonding Agenda:
      Adopt 2014 State capital bonding proposals as part of the 2013 legislative program.

Action Taken:  Approved, as amended to include as Priority #4, Ground Water Supply Project.  No Action Taken on Hennepin County's 35W BRT Lake Street Transit Access Project.

 4.  State of Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation: 
      Resolution declaring the City of Minneapolis’ commitment to 
      a) using and reporting out to the public the 10 city performance measures created by the State of Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation;
      b) continued usage of a performance measurement system; and
      c) continued surveying of our residents on key services as defined by the State of Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation.

Reports of Committees

The Reports of Committees portion of the agenda is an opportunity for Council Members to review the recommendations from each committee coming forward to the full Council meeting the following day for consideration. There are no actions taken during this portion of the meeting, and no public comment is allowed.  The agendas for each committee bringing forward a report are linked to this document electronically.


The City Council Meeting of June 14, 2013 will adjourn to the following: 
 - A closed session to consider the matter of Tawana Robinson o/b/o J.J.R. v. Hansen,
 - June 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a resolution that would establish a value capture district and project area to generate property tax revenue that may be used for construction of a streetcar line.

The Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 27th:  A report will be given by the Departments of Regulatory Services, Health & Family Support, Fire and Community Planning & Economic Development regarding the status of the Regulatory Services reorganization (2013 budget staff direction).

Notice: A portion of this meeting may be closed to the public pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.03 or 13D.05.
