2. Equity issues related to suspension of new contracts:

Report back at the direction of the Council on December 13, 2010, on how programs, including the Neighborhood Investment Fund and the Community Innovation Fund, will be implemented moving forward with an emphasis on mitigating equity issues among neighborhoods.
