1. Federal/State/Local Update:

2. Equity issues related to suspension of new contracts:

Report back at the direction of the Council on December 13, 2010, on how programs, including the Neighborhood Investment Fund and the Community Innovation Fund, will be implemented moving forward with an emphasis on mitigating equity issues among neighborhoods.

Receive and file report from Neighborhood Funding Work Group.

4. Implementation Update:

Receive update on the implementation of December 13, 2010 staff directive and consider recommendation to release $2,689,000 of NRP fund balance.
