1. Census 2010:

Approve recommendations to: a) establish Committee of the Whole as the home committee for the City's Census 2010 activities; b) authorize the Mayor and Council President to appoint members of the city's "Complete Count Committee"; and c) Direct CPED to provide quarterly progress reports on 2010 Census activities to the Committee of the Whole.
