4. Interstate 35W Bridge - Access Tunnel Under I-35W:
Consideration of a cost participation agreement with MnDOT regarding the I-35W Bridge Reconstruction Project to allow for an access tunnel under the freeway, establishing the new capital project and reallocating necessary funds.
