Regulatory Services 

1.  Animal Care & Control Donations:
     Approve resolution accepting in-kind donations for dog & cat food & supplies (Also in W&M/Budget).

Police Department

2.  Mpls Police Chaplain Corps:
     Approve amendment to contract with the Minneapolis Police Chaplain Corps for chaplaincy & counseling services, extending by 6 months & increasing by $62,500 (Also in W&M/Budget).

Fire Department

3.  2012 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant:
     Authorize acceptance of grant award, $48,000 (with a $12,000 match from the City), for a carbon monoxide awareness & alarm installation program; Approve budget appropriation (Also in W&M/Budget).

Health Department

4.  Mpls Public Health Advisory Committee:
     Approve City Council appointment of Jennifer Pelletier, University of MN School of Public Health, for a term expiring 12/31/2014 (replacing Dr. Alan Lifson).

5.  School Based Clinic Billing, Data Management & Consulting/Training Services:
     Authorize Amendment #2 to contract with Pat Neska & Associates for a new contract period of 9/1/2009-3/31/2014, and adding $30,000, for a new total of $580,000 (Also in W&M/Budget).

6.  Healthy Homes Project Contracts:
     a)  Authorize amendment to contract with Sustainable Resource Center, adding $100,000 for a new total of $150,000, & extending for a new contract period of 8/1/2012-12/31/2014;
     b)  Authorize amendment to contract with Habitat for Humanity, adding $70,000 for a new contract total of $120,000, & extending for a new contract period of 8/1/2012-12/31/2014 (Also in W&M/Budget).

8.  Youth Violence Prevention:
     Authorize application for grant funds, $300,000, from U.S. Department of Justice/Office of Juvenile Justice, to support activities related to the National Forum on Youth Violence Prevention (Also in W&M/Budget).
