2. Approval of agenda.

4. Motion to receive and file the Mayor's recommended revised Budget.

5. Motion to adopt budget schedule.

6. Motion to suspend City Council Rule 3 G, to allow the actions taken by the Ways & Means/Budget Committee on March 2, 2009 relating to the Mayor’s recommended revised budget to be forwarded to the Adjourned Council meeting of March 11, 2009 for final adoption.
