Action Taken:  Appeal granted/claim approved for $138.00.  Risk Management staff directed to notify and direct appropriate City department(s) to review snow emergency parking maps/associated information contained on the City's website and correct information relating to parking regulations, as well as to include citation/information on applicable State laws or other regulations appropriate in regards to prohibited parking.  Staff to report back to Chair of Claims Committee within four weeks with update on staff direction.
