2.  Hi-Lake Triangle Apartments (2230 E Lake St):
     Approve resolution allowing a replacement of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as credit enhancer with a private placement with Twin City Federal National Bank.

3.  Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Redevelopment Grant Program:
     Approve resolution authorizing staff to submit applications to DEED Redevelopment Grant Program for the following projects: Brickhouse Lofts, Broadway Flats, The Cameron, MoZaic East, Seward Friendship Store, Inc., and Shapco Printing Redevelopment (Also in W&M).
