Department of Community Planning & Economic Development (CPED)

1.  Fairview Health Services Bonds:
     Approve resolution authorizing the execution of various documents to amend the Series 2008C, 2008D and 2008E Fairview Health Services Bonds.

     Action Taken:  Approved.

2.  Waters of Minnehaha (a/k/a Nokomis Senior Assisted Living, 3733 23rd Ave S):
     Authorize amendment & re-subordination of its Housing Revenue Bond (HRB) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) loan interests and extend the AHTF loan maturity date in accommodation of HUD-insured 1st mortgage refinance.

     Action Taken:  Approved.

3.  City-owned Property at 1401 Central Ave NE:
     Authorize execution & delivery to MnDOT a limited area temporary easement over a portion of the City-owned property until 7/1/2015 in connection with MnDOT’s planned reconstruction of the BNSF railroad bridge over Central Ave, in exchange for a payment by MnDOT, $18,100, as compensation for the easement, subject to the City Attorney’s review and approval of the format and content of the easement document; Approve appropriation increase (Also in W&M/Budget).

4.  Public Realm Advisory Committee:
     Consider resolution establishing the committee and appointing representatives, with related actions.
