Department of Intergovernmental Relations/Grants & Special Projects

1.  2012 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER):
     Receive public comments on the City's performance on 2012 funding for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grant & Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS programs.

2.  Seward Renewal LLC (Seward Square Apartments, 2121 9th St S):
     Consider resolution giving preliminary approval to the issuance of up to $6,500,000 in Tax Exempt Multifamily Housing Revenue Entitlement Bonds to finance the acquisition & rehabilitation of a 81-unit multifamily rental housing development and facilities functionally related.
Staff Report:  Seward Sq Apts RCA; Seward Sq Apts PDW 
     Action Taken:  Approved.

3.  Purchase of Tax-Forfeited Land:
     Authorize an amended and restated Memorandum of Understanding between Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis regarding the purchase of tax-forfeited properties located in Minneapolis for the 2012-2014.

     Action Taken:  Approved.
