1. Land Sale (4900 Hiawatha Ave):
Consider sale of property to Bruce MacDonald for $3,375, subject to conditions: a) land sale closing must occur on or before 90 days from date of Council approval; b) payment of holding costs of $300.00 per month (or portion thereof) if the land sale closing does not occur on or before the closing deadline; c) a conservation easement will be placed on the 4900 Hiawatha Ave land to restrict future development. Sale conditions "a" and "b" may be waived or amended with approval of the CPED Director.

a) Authorize application to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development [DEED] Contamination Cleanup and Investigation Grant Program for environmental remediation and/or investigation funding for the following projects: 1101 University Ave SE, 1515 Central Ave NE, Artspace Jackson Flats, Brunsfield Place, Digigraphics, Dwell at Calhoun Greenway, Fountain Residential, Penn & Broadway, Pillsbury Lofts, Prospect Park Station a/k/a Boeser site, and The GAV;
b) Authorize application to the Metropolitan Council’s Tax Base Revitalization Account [TBRA] Grant Program for environmental remediation and/or investigation funding for the following projects: 1101 University Ave SE, 1515 Central Ave NE, Artspace Jackson Flats, Brunsfield Place, Digigraphics, Dunwoody Apartments, Dwell at Calhoun Greenway, Fountain Residential, Penn & Broadway, Pillsbury Lofts, Prospect Park Station a/k/a Boeser site, Spirit on Lake, The GAV, and West Broadway Curve;
c) Authorize application to the Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund [ERF] for environmental remediation and/or investigation funding for the following projects: 1101 University Ave SE, 1515 Central Ave NE, Brunsfield Place, Cameron Building, Digigraphics, Dwell at Calhoun Greenway, Penn & Broadway, Pillsbury Lofts, Prospect Park Station a/k/a Boeser site, and West Broadway Curve;
d) Approve resolutions authorizing submittal of aforesaid applications;
e) Approve resolution requested by Hennepin County regarding the approval of the use of Twin Cities Community Land Bank Brownfield Gap Financing funds for assessment and cleanup projects located in the City of Minneapolis (Also in W&M/Budget).
