1. Mpls Economic Recovery Strategy/2008 Consolidated Plan Amendment #3:
a) Approve recommendations of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)-R work team relating to CDBG-R projects and funding amounts;
b) Authorize staff to further develop proposed 2008 Consolidated Plan Amendment #3 for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by 6/5/2009;
c) Authorize staff to accept & execute pending CDBG-R grant award when made available by HUD (
