Community Planning & Economic Development (CPED)
1. Land Sale (re Delisi Building Redevelopment, 2119 W Broadway Ave, 2310 & 2312 Penn Ave N):
a) Approve sale of City-owned property Catalyst Five Points, LLC for $17,175;
b) Approve term sheet as a basis for a redevelopment contract.

2. Land Sale (1915 E M Stately St):
Approve sale of property Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation for $21,600, subject to conditions: a) land sale closing must occur on or before 30 days from the date of approval; b) payment of holding costs of $150.00 per month from the date of approval to the date of closing if land sale closing does not occur on or before 30 days from date of approval. The sale conditions may be waived or amended with approval of the Community Planning & Economic Development (CPED) Director.

3. Hennepin County Housing & Redevelopment Authority:
Approve resolution authorizing the Hennepin County HRA to conduct business within the City of Minneapolis for the purpose of acting as a pass through agent for the property located at 4307 Wentworth Ave to the City of Lakes Community Land Trust.

4. "It's All About the Kids" Program 2009:
Authorize contract with Lutheran Social Services (LSS), not to exceed $200,000, for 2009 administration of the program.

5. CRS Re-Entry Housing Project (3003 Penn Ave N):
Approve change in project unit mix from 100% of units at or below 30% MMI to 8 units at or below 30% MMI and 3 units at or below 60% MMI, as recommended by Minnesota Housing.

6. Target Center Architecture and Engineering Services Contract Extension:
a) Approve extension of the contract with Leo A Daly, Company to provide architecture and engineering services at the Target Center for one year;
