1.   Roll Call.
2.   Adoption of the agenda.
Action Taken:  Adopted.
New Business
3.   2014 GubernatorialGeneral Election held November 4, 2014:
Canvass election results for the following
a)   Charter Amendment Question 1: Proposal to amend the City Charter, Plain Language Revision, regarding "Filing Fee for City Elected Offices."
b)   Charter Amendment Question 2: Proposal to amend the City Charter,regarding "Remove Mandatory Food Requirements for Wine Licenses".
Municipal Canvass RCA; Municipal Canvass Report

Action Taken: Adopted an order
1) Certifying the official results of the City Charter Questions; 2014 Gubernatorial Election. 
2) Declaring the official results for each question on the ballot, indicating the number of votes for and against each question voted upon.

3) Directing the City Clerk to submit a certified copy of the official results of the 2014 Gubernatorial Election to the Hennepin County Auditor and to file and preserve the original returns and all election records for the 2014 Gubernatorial Election in accordance with Minnesota Election Law.
