 1.  Adopt Agenda.

 2.  Accept minutes of the regular meeting of December 17, 2012

Action Taken:  Accepted minutes, with a correction to Item 3b relating to the Water Billing Revenue Review contained in the 2013 Audit Plan.

 3.  Update on the City Council study session.

      Staff Report:  None.

 4.  Accounts Payable Review:
      Accept report and order published.

      Staff Report:  Accounts Payable Review Report; Accounts Payable PowerPoint

Action Taken:  Received report.  Audit Staff directed to a) review the audit command language software and run reports for the years 2011 and 2012; b) present the report during the second quarter of 2013 for review by the Committee; and c) that any cost implications to the Audit Department's budget be brought forward at that time.

Action Taken:  Received report; and accepted modifications to the External Penetration Assessment as proposed by the Information Technology Department, and that the matter be referred to the City Council.
