How to Log In to the Online Jobs Application
You must create a unique User ID and Password to register to use the online application. Both the User ID and Password are case sensitive. Please keep a record of this information for future use. Human Resources does not have access to view or change User Names or Passwords.
Forgot your User ID or Password?
You can request that your User ID be sent to the e-mail address that you provided in "My Profile". If you forget your Password, you can request that the system assign you a new password and send to the e-mail address that you provided in "My Profile".
Need to add or change an e-mail address on your Profile?
You will need to call the Human Resources Department at (612) 673-2282 to add or change your e-mail address. After this is completed, you can use the online system to request that it send your User ID and/or Password to that e-mail address.
Applied prior to June 20, 2006?
If you applied online prior to June 20, 2006, you will need to have the system reset your password by clicking the "Login Help" link on the Careers page. The password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file. If you need your e-mail address changed, please contact the Human Resources Department at (612) 673-2282.
Change Your Password
If you would like to change your password, click the "Change Password" link in the Member Information box at the beginning of your profile page.
