Find a Doctor for Elect and Essential Networks
Go to Medica’s website to find a doctor, facility or pharmacy in your network (listed on your card):
Or call Medica Customer Service at (952) 945-8000 and they will help you find the doctor who best meets your needs
- Each member of your family can choose a different primary care clinic within the network.
- All family members must choose clinics within the Elect or Essential network.
- You and your family members may switch primary care clinics within your selected network (Elect or Essential) during the course of the year. However, you or your family members may not switch between networks during the year.
- Each family member may choose a different primary care doctor from the list, or you can all receive care in one place. However, each family member must receive care at the clinic that you chose to be that person’s primary care clinic.

Find a Doctor in the Travel Program
The Travel Program is for when are traveling or if you have children attending school in the U.S. outside the Medica coverage area of Minnesota.
NOTE: In all cases, please confirm with the provider's office that they are in your plan's network before your first and each subsequent appointment. If you have questions regarding whether your provider or clinic participates in your health plan, your benefits and/or coverage, please call (952) 945-8000 on your member ID card.
