Administrative Hearings: Online Appeal Form
Your appeal will be forwarded to Administrative Hearings staff who will review it and send confirmation that it was received. If your request is rejected, you will receive a letter of rejection in the mail. Please note that appeals of administrative citations must be filed within twenty-five (25) days of the issuance of the citation, and appeals of special assessments must be filed no later than fifteen (15) days ahead of the scheduled hearing date.
If you are filing an appeal of a citation, please note that when an appeal is filed the City will continue issuing additional citations until the order is completed.
