Administrative Hearings: Online Appeal Form
Your appeal will be forwarded to Administrative Hearings staff who will review it and send confirmation that it was received. If your request is rejected, you will receive a letter of rejection in the mail. Please note that appeals of administrative citations must be filed within twenty-five (25) days of the issuance of the citation, and appeals of special assessments must be filed no later than fifteen (15) days ahead of the scheduled hearing date.
Administrative citation hearings are scheduled after receipt of an appeal, and you should expect a mailed notice of hearing letter within thirty (30) days. This letter will identify where and when the hearing will be held, as well as the name of the assigned administrative hearing officer. Please note that even when an appeal is filed or the citation is paid, the City is able to continue issuing additional citations until compliance is achieved.
