Environmental Services - Air

Air pollution has many sources such as vehicles, commercial processes, and industrial smokestacks. Some less obvious sources of air pollutants include pesticides, lawnmowers, paints/finishes, and other household products. The Minneapolis Air Quality Management Authority is responsible for preventing, controlling, and regulating all sources of air pollution within the City of Minneapolis. The "Air Team" also responds to complaints about noise, air, and odor pollution.
