Instant Runoff Voting Implementation Update #2

The Secretary of State's Office is in the process of organizing a Ranked Choice Voting Issues Group to look at the system of voting that Minneapolis voters have chosen to adopt and other Minnesota cities have expressed an interest in. We expect the Group to look at other localities' experiences, the options for voting methods and voting machines, as well as the details of MN statutes that may need to be adjusted.
The first meeting will be on:
