Workforce Ownership Housing Development Program Request for Proposals

The City of Minneapolis through its Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) department is announcing the availability of $1 million in rehabilitation, new construction and affordability funding through the Workforce Ownership Housing Development Program. Ownership workforce housing units are defined as "housing that is affordable to the typical worker earning $20,000-$45,000 per year." The program is one of several programs that CPED uses to maintain existing housing and develop new housing for low- and moderate-income households in Minneapolis.
