The City of Minneapolis Employment & Training Program (METP) is applying for a DOL Civic Justice Corps Grant to serve juvenile offenders. METP is seeking proposals through a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) process for the purposes of establishing the Civic Justice Corps Provider Partners list from who METP may contract for these services. Agencies responding to this RFQ must be on the METP Eligible Providers List for 2011-2015.
