The City of Minneapolis is seeking proposals for the purchase and potential redevelopment of 824 Hennepin Avenue in the heart of the entertainment district in Downtown Minneapolis (also know as Hennepin Stages, Hey City Theater, Hirschfield’s Paint). The property could be purchased "freestanding," as part of an assemblage for a larger development, or as an adaptive reuse.
This site is subject to the policies in the
Minneapolis Plan (the City’s comprehensive plan), the
Downtown 2010 Plan (pdf), and the
Downtown East/North Loop Master Plan.
Proposals are due by Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007 at 4 p.m.
