North 4 Youth Employment Program

The Minneapolis Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Youth Council and Minneapolis Employment and Training Program (METP) in partnership with the City’s Department of Health and Family Support are seeking a qualified service provider to operate an employment and training program for current or previously gang involved youth ages 14-21.

Agencies responding to this RFP must have a current master contract with METP. Proposals are due on Friday, February 26, 2010, by 4:00 p.m.  

A Bidders Conference will not be held. Questions regarding this RFP must only be submitted in writing, via e-mail per the instructions in the Proposal Format section of the RFP. Questions will be answered in writing and posted at this site.
