The Village at St. Anthony Falls
Three block area in the East Hennepin Commercial Area
This project includes the redevelopment of a three-block area in the East Hennepin Commercial Area.
Block I
The rehab of the Firebarn and Firebarn Annex for commercial use. An additional 15,000 square feet is proposed for new commercial space and 30 units of affordable rental housing. A parking structure with approximately 215 spaces is also planned.
Block II
The redevelopment of the Lupient used car block into 48 townhomes with tuck under parking.
Block III
The former Yellow Cab block will be developed into 96 condominiums in four level structures.
