The proposed St. Anthony Mills Apartmentspart of the redevelopment of the historic Minneapolis Riverfront—will include new construction of 93 rental units, in a five-story building with two commercial nodes. Eighty-five units will be affordable to household at or below 60 percent median. The apartment building will be built on the eastern portion of Parcel D East, which is bound by Park, Chicago and Washington avenues and Second Street. The commercial nodes will be at Chicago and Washington and Chicago and Second Street. The apartment building will surround the Mill Quarter Municipal Parking Ramp on three sides. The ramp will provide parking for residents, downtown visitors and the Mill City Museum.
