Many Rivers is a multi-phase housing development in the Phillips Neighborhood that will include two new four-story mixed-use buildings with a total of 76 rental apartments. Many Rivers East, which was completed in August 2003, includes 50 units. Many Rivers West will include 26 housing units, approximately 5,500 square feet of commercial space and 35 parking spaces.
