Lindquist Apartments is a mix of 26 units of efficiency and one-bedroom supportive housing for homeless and disabled single adults. Younger adults with histories of incarceration will be given preference for housing units. Life’s Missing Link will provide on-site services such as job counseling, job readiness, case management and employment services. In addition to the residential space, the three-floor building will include 13,800 square feet of office space and a drug testing laboratory. Residents will have access to a computer room and a lounge/kitchen for group meetings and activities.
