Hines Office Tower
50 Sixth Street South
This 27-story office tower was developed on the northwest corner of Sixth Street and Nicollet Mall. The building was constructed with a granite and marble exterior and features a two-story atrium design with 30,000 square feet of supportive retail space on the street and skyway levels. Dorsey & Whitney law firm and Fallon Mcelligott are major anchor tenants. The city participation in this project involved assembling the site for redevelopment.
