Alliance Housing Inc. is construction a new five-story building with 80 units of affordable and market-rate rental housing and commercial space at the northwest corner of the Minnehaha Mall in Minneapolis’ Longfellow neighborhood.
The project will include underground and surface parking. The sites proximity to the Hiawatha Light Rail Station on Lake Street will provide residents with convenient access to Downtown Minneapolis, and Mall of America and the airport.
