The Grain Belt Brew House is an historic landmark that had remained vacant and unused for more than 20 years. It is the primary historic structure of the Grain Belt Historic District Complex, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Redevelopment involved historic preservation and reuse of this historic landmark as commercial office space owned by Ryan Companies and leased to RSP Architects Ltd.
