Graco, Inc.
Broadway and Marshall streets Northeast
The Graco, Inc. campus redevelopment and expansion will serve as an anchor for the initial phase of implementation of the Upper River Master Plan. Phase I of the Graco, Inc. plan includes a 170,000-square-foot expansion of the Riverside Plant, which will incorporate manufacturing, distribution and office space, consolidating Graco’s headquarters. This development is anticipated to retain approximately 900 jobs and ultimately generate a net of 300 additional jobs. Some public benefits are blight remediation, pollution remediation, parks and streetscaping.
