Clare Housing plans to create a four-story mixed-use building with 31 units of affordable housing for people with HIV/AIDS, one resident support unit and office space. The apartment building is part of a larger development project, which also included the Old Third Avenue Townhomes, an eight-unit townhome development by Aeon (formerly known as the Central Community Housing Trust).
The project located in the St. Anthony East Neighborhood, will include surface parking and green space on adjacent parcels to be shared by the surrounding community.
