City Flats includes two previously separately owned apartment buildings in the Whittier NeighborhoodB Flats and Calypso Flats. City Flats, LLC, plans to begin renovating the two buildings, which will be managed by CommonBond Communities. Rehab will include balconies, windows, roofs, doors, plumbing, electrical fixture replacement, a new ventilation system, landscaping, new fencing and exterior repairs. Housing Lifeskills Centre, a supportive service component, will teach tenants how to attain self sufficiency.
