Central Neighborhood Apartments originally consisted of 16 units located in five buildings on Columbus and Fourth Avenue. The rehabilitation of this project included the conversion of two of the buildings from fourplexes with two bedrooms to duplexes with four bedrooms, resulting in 12 total units. Rehabilitation also included roof, bath, and floor replacement, interior/exterior painting, foundation repair, furnace and hot water heater replacement, and new porches.
