St. Anthony West Neighborhood Small Area Plan

Project Overview

The Saint Anthony West Neighborhood Association (STAWNO) developed a small area plan that was approved by the STAWNO board in December 2015. The plan is under review by City staff and will be brought to the City's Zoning and Planning Committee as an informational item in the first quarter of 2017. Plan documents are available below.

45-day Public Review Period

From January 5th, 2017, through February 20th, 2017, the City of Minneapolis is soliciting comments on the Saint Anthony West Neighborhood Small Area Plan. Please send feedback directly to the contact info for Joe Bernard found at the bottom of this page. At the end of the public comment period, input will be compiled and presented to the City Council's Zoning and Planning Committee along with the plan document on March 2nd. The document will be received and filed by the City Council and staff will subsequently work to incorporate plan recommendations into the City's next Comprehensive Plan - Minneapolis 2040.
