The Minneapolis Plan
Community Brochures
The Minneapolis Plan brochures have been developed for use by neighborhoods in their NRP Phase II planning processes. The brochures were first released at the NRP Neighborhoods Conference on February 24, 2001.
The brochures summarize elements of the citys comprehensive plan which is called The Minneapolis Plan
- Information about city policy
- A city-wide context in which to do their NRP planning
- Ideas about challenges and opportunities that exist in their communities
- Guidance on the actions they can take to create change
Communities

- Calhoun Isles (includes Bryn Mawr, Kenwood, Lowry Hill, Cedar-Isles-Dean, East Isles, and Lowry Hill East neighborhoods)
- Camden (includes Shingle Creek, Lind-Bohannon, Victory, Webber-Camden, Cleveland, Folwell, and McKinley neighborhoods)
- Downtown (available in May - will include North Loop, Loring Park, Stevens Square-Loring Park, Elliot Park, Downtown West and East)
