Marcy-Holmes Master Plan Supplement
The Marcy-Holmes neighborhood undertook a master plan in 2003. The City adopted the plan in December 2003. Since that time, the neighborhood has done additional planning work regarding specific redevelopment sites. The documents presented below are the result of that work. At the request of the neighborhood, this supplemental work was incorporated into the adopted master plan document. City Council approved this supplement on January 26, 2007.
