520/521 2nd Street
The 520 Second Street SE project would demolish the existing buildings on the site (United Rentals building and the small masonry building at the northeast corner of the Soap Factory and No Name Gallery parcel), and construct an 8-story residential building with 62 flats and lofts. The 521 Second St. SE project would demolish the Untied Rentals building and construct a 5-story residential building with 60 flats and lofts and 9,600 sq. ft. of commercial space.
