City Council approves South Lyndale Corridor Master Plan
The Minneapolis City Council has approved the South Lyndale Corridor Master Plan— a vision and strategy for how future growth and potential redevelopment should occur in the mixed-use South Lyndale Corridor from Minnehaha Creek south to Crosstown 62.
The plan identifies opportunities and preferences for redevelopment, as well as enhancements to the character and identity of the area. It will serve as the primary guide for Planning Commission review, zoning changes, capital investment, and housing and commercial development activities in this part of the city.
