Meetings set for Midtown Greenway
The City of Minneapolis is hosting several community meetings to gather input from residents about land use and development along the Midtown Greenway, the former railway corridor running along 29th Street from Lake Calhoun in the west to the Mississippi River.

Learn about the project at an open house
The City of Minneapolis is hosting a Midtown Greenway open house, including a brief presentation, Monday, July 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Intermedia Arts auditorium, 2822 Lyndale Ave. S. Additional community meetings are scheduled for August, October and November. More information about the meetings is available by reading the community meetings flyer (pdf).
Meet the artists
A community meeting about public art on the Midtown Greenway is scheduled for Wednesday, July 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bracket Recreation Center Multipurpose Room, 2728 39th Ave. S.Teri Kwant and Greg Ingraham, the artists designing art for five sites along phase three of the Greenway will discuss their work.
