Midtown Global Market (finalist for Community Impact)

Ritz Theater (for Entertainment Development)
With the help of many public and private partners, the Ritz Theater in Minneapolis’ Sheridan neighborhood is the newly renovated home to the Ballet of the Dolls dance company and several other performance partners.

St. Anthony Mills Apartments (for New Multifamily Residential Development)
The St. Anthony Mills Apartments in downtown Minneapolis, expected to be completed in early 2007, will offer 85 of its 93 units at rents affordable to those making 60 percent or below of the Metropolitan Median Income and will lease eight units to the Guthrie Theater (across the street) for artists-in-residence.

Cecil Newman Housing (for Redevelopment/Extensive Renovation – Small, Residential (fewer than 100 units))
Renovation of the 64-unit Cecil Newman affordable housing complex in North Minneapolis includes new green space, hazardous materials removal, and updates to the interior and exterior of the buildings including new roofing and skylights.

Greenheck Fan/Innovent (for Redevelopment/Extensive Renovation – Large Commercial (30,000 square feet or larger))
This 221,000-square-foot building near the Mississippi River north of Downtown, was completely renovated for Innovent, a growing manufacturing business formerly located in Roseville.
