Artists wanted for displays in Mayor’s office
The City of Minneapolis is looking for visual artists to submit 15 to 20 works capturing images of our city and its people for a two-month display at City Hall as part of the Art in the Mayor’s Office Exhibition Program throughout the 2007 calendar year. The program provides a setting for local artists, through a juried competition, to display two-dimensional framed works in the Mayor’s conference room, reception area and administrative offices. The deadline for submitting a proposal is Monday, Nov. 6, 2006.
