Minneapolis 38th Street Station Area Master Plan released for review

The City of Minneapolis Planning Division has released the 38th Street Station Area Master Plan for public review. The plan is the city’s proposed vision for the area and will serve as the primary guide for Planning Commission review, zoning changes, capital investment, and housing and commercial development activities in this part of the city.
Comments about the plan are encouraged prior to its adoption by the Minneapolis Planning Commission and City Council. The Planning Commission will have a public hearing about the plan Monday, Nov. 14 at 4:30 p.m. in room 317 City Hall.
