Missing Middle Housing Pilot Program

The City of Minneapolis is requesting feedback on the proposed Missing Middle Housing Pilot Program guidelines. The program has a goal to increase the development of 3 to 20-unit residential housing in Minneapolis by providing financing.

Submit your comments to [email protected] with the subject line “Missing Middle” by Wednesday, May 22.

Important Dates

May 1, 2019 – information session public feedback
May 22, 2019 – deadline for public comment, estimated date of Housing and Policy Development Committee hearing
June 7, 2019 – Estimated vote by full city council
June or July 2019 – release of a request for proposals using council approved guidelines
